Mr. Parzen has experience as an executive, advocate, counselor, attorney, arbitrator, mediator, senior executive and board member in organizations ranging in size from small non-profit organizations to public entities with 18,000 employees and annual budgets over $1,000,000,000. Parzen Consulting is currently serving as chief counsel and advisor to the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools in its ground breaking effort to bring innovation to large urban public education.
